A community partnership program between the YMCA of Greater Halifax/Dartmouth and the QEII Health Sciences Centre (Capital Health).

Fully accessible fitness programming for individuals with neurological disorders.  Designed to provide opportunities through fitness for a healthy lifestyle.  Includes equipment appropriate for wheelchairs, etc.  Led by a certified fitness professional and a team of volunteers.  Offered three evenings per week.  This program is not a rehabilitation program; please contact for further information.
