The Town of Shelburne Parks and Recreation Department has re-launched the popular 10,000 Step Challenge Program.   This program challenges participants to be more active and to keep track of their daily steps.  Step Counters (pedometers) can be borrowed from the Department or purchased at a low cost.  Visit the website, or contact the Department, to find information and tools to support you in your formal (or informal) walking program.  Sample walking plans, log sheets and additional information are available free of charge.  

You should check with your physician before starting this program if you have any health concerns.
